The implementation fee covers the full six-step setup: a free operations consultation, a formal proposal, your custom workflow design, system build and testing with your real data, role-based team training, and go-live support. You're not just buying software access — you're getting a system that's built to your exact document stages, roles, and approval rules, with your team trained on it before anything goes live.
Each person only learns their part of the system — not the entire thing. Staff see a simple, focused view of their own work: what they need to act on, what's waiting for them, and what's done. Less confusion means higher adoption. We also train each role separately, so no one is overwhelmed. And because each person's responsibilities are clearer in Klaro than in WhatsApp or Excel, most teams find it easier to work with than without it.
No. Monthly billing means you're not locked in. Annual billing is available at a discount (2 months free) for businesses that prefer it. The implementation fee is a one-time charge — there's no recurring setup cost. A formal agreement is included at proposal stage so both sides are protected.
You simply move to the next plan. Standard supports up to 15 users — enough for most businesses in the 5–15 staff range. When you're ready to grow to Business (up to 40 users), we'll handle the transition. There's no data loss, no re-configuration, and no additional implementation fee for a plan upgrade.
The ₱5,000/month rate is an early adopter price — the regular price for Standard is ₱6,500/month. Customers who sign up at the early adopter rate will be grandfathered at that price. We'll give advance notice before any pricing changes take effect.
